1. Activities which both of you can take part in. Cooking courses, horse-riding, cycling, rock climbing, scuba diving, wine appreciation class, sailing …… arrange a trip which you can enjoy together.
2. Definitely good food and wine. It is essential that when you go away that you ask your travel coordinator or your travel agency to give you a list of great places to go and eat. Breakfast and lunch, Ok you do not have to eat much but dinner, well here we want candle-light, we want some great food and wine, and a solo violinist or lone mandolin player or how about a tenor…would not go amiss!
3. Why not arrange breakfast in bed for the first night of your stay or for all the nights if you prefer. You can ask for a morning feast and this will be subject to where you are staying in Italy, from fresh strawberries and Italian Prosecco to a tray of fresh fruit ranging from fresh figs and grapes, to oranges, pears and apples, sliced and cut for you to dip in your prosecco or champagne. Destination 4 and close by to destination 3, we have the Beautiful region of Apulia. This area is rich in wonderful places to stay but for you here we have selected this amazing 5 star Masseria. A masseria is a fortified farmhouse. Commonly found in southern Italy, the masserie used to be part of large estates. Sometimes they were occupied by the owners but more often by the farmworkers.
